23/05/09 attended to get an O. While one would expect a well stocked commercial plumbing supply store would have a variety of items on hand or be able to order an item but more importantly have friendly engaging employees. Went to general order desk and they walked me over to the pump order desk where the person there really didnt give a S$&t. He said try Canadian tire when I asked if Robinson doesnt have access to the 2.5 O, where in the city of Winnipeg could he suggest. Well he did suggest something but truly his engagement was dismal and totally not engaged or helpful. He may have had a bad day as the time I attended was at 12:55. Pm just after lunch and he may have been in a rush to purge his tuna sandwich. Lesson is that Robinson Supply ( this particular employee) didnt care and wasnt in the mood to be a little more helpful or cordial.update. I went to Wolsley and the order desk was more helpful and engaged.
