Although Aldous was the first podiatrist Ive seen, I definitely will not be seeing no other. Last February I had a bad ingrown toenail (which Ive been getting since a little kid) however this one was to the point where a removal was needed. She got to the point with a straight forward and understanding explanation regarding the procedure itself and aftercare. The procedure itself was very smooth, the needle was not pleasant but the removal itself was nothing I couldnt handle. The healing process was very smooth, not bad at all and healed very quick. However, the same nail grew back in the same spot 9 months later but it was expected for myself as I get ingrown toenails quite often. Though, I didnt catch it quick enough AND I do not know how to cut my own toenails properly so I definitely made it worse myself. So again I will be seeing Aldous for another nail removal as she took great care of me previously, Im very comfortable with her as she makes the process comfortable and calming, front desk staff is wonderful and the pricing is reasonable.

I had such a great experience here. Dr. Aldous was very helpful and straightforward. She did orthotics for me and she made sure I knew what it should and shouldnt feel like. She fitted them to my shoes and boots. And she said if there were any problems at all that the orthotics could be redone at no extra cost. I really liked her, and the whole staff there was friendly, warm, and welcoming.

Absolutely recommend. Dr. Aldous is straight forward, to the point and in my opinion, WONDERFUL. I needed to have part of a toe nail permanently removed; she was thorough, explained the procedure very well, gave excellent care instructions and was great with after procedure follow up.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Aldous about 5 months after injuring my two big toes during my wedding day. Things seemed fine for a while, and like I was healing, until all of sudden I wasn't, and I started experiencing a lot of pain and could no longer wear normal shoes. I was starting to get pretty worried, so I figured I should smarten up and go see a professional. Dr. Aldous took a look at my toes (my nails were black and blue from my injury), and kindly explained everything that was happening in a way that I could understand (I'm no doctor lol), and then proceeded to slowly dremel drill one of the toe nails down that had gotten way too thick due to the injury underneath my toe nails, and then gently snipped down and removed the other toe nail that was only partially still attached to my nail bed. WOW, I felt so much relief by the next day! She gave me helpful instructions on how to care for my toes going forward as well. I'm high-anxiety, so her reassuring me that the pain would subside, that I would heal and that I could wear my regular shoes again going forward, made me feel very relieved. I had a great experience and wish I hadn't waited so long to go get my feet checked by her. It's been a month now and I'm feeling almost fully healed, with no pain thanks to Dr. Aldous. Based on my experience, whenever I do end up needing custom foot orthotics, I'll definitely go to Dr. Aldous for help with that. The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous as well!
