Dr Jan Hanney Foot Clinic

Dr. Hanney and Ken run an old fashioned business. They only accept cash or cheque, which means that no matter what, you have to go to the shop. Initially I felt annoyed by it, but the service I received was so great, I quickly grew to appreciate the friendly, calm, and straightforward style of service. They charge for the first check up and for the product, but there are no others charges. I compared other local offices that added $100+ in additional charges. Additionally, the after service is impeccable. My orthotics were not offering me the support I expected, so I returned expecting to be told I was wrong. Dr. Hanney took a look at them and immediately said there was an issue, apologies several times, and recast them. I received the replacements shortly after and Dr. Hanney made sure they fit me perfectly. When I went back a number of weeks later, due to a callousing issue, she worked to correct the problem (the orthotic was moving too much due to my shoes being a loose fit) and removed the callouses. On my way out Ken told me to just come by if I had an other issue. This is an old fashioned business and I mean that in the most complimentary way possible. Dr. Hanney and Ken are friendly, reliable, professional, and very clean. I will 100% return and refer friends and family!

Professional, Knowledgable and Straight up. I was given the price on the phone and was informed that it was cash or cheque only (which makes me so happy because NO ONE accepts cash anymore!) Plus it was an even price for the appointment ($65) . They were very pleasant to deal with and were able to make me an appointment and get me in right away. Dr Hanney understood my financial situation and was able to give me some free advice on what I should do when looking for shoes, dealing with pain etc. Even though my feet were screaming, I left with a smile... that being said, I will be back for the orthotics that I desperately need!

unpleasant, unprofessional. I came on time,Dr. Haney left on the middle of my consultation& attended with the other late patient, without asking if its ok with me. Secretary has no Idea about insurance and even asked me to phone my insurance, other clinic would do it to save you the hassle, they only accept cash or cheque, which again is a discomfort for the client. secretary brags they have the best treatment in winnipeg, NO ULTRASOUND, NO LASER , dr said only orthotics is the answer. I found a better authentic Podiotrist , go to Palmer foot clinic or Lakewood clinic.
