Prestige Portraits

The customer service team is incredibly unhelpful. Showed up for my graduation pictures and they had no sash. I was told they would be photoshopped into the pictures. It was not when the proofs came. Its been over a month of cat and mouse trying to figure this out. Was told initially Once you order we will photoshop. I replied I would like to see it beforehand before ordering. They agreed. Weeks later and after multiple follow up attempts I have heard nothing and nothing has been resolved. Very disappointing. Do business elsewhere!

After paying for my picture and getting sick and not bring able to make it to the appointment I tried contacting them about it to try and get a retake or to figure out options.they did NOT answer any email and when calling they constantly said that they would call me back and to just leave my phone number, they bever called back. And they are not even located in 1410 mountain ave anymore (couldn't find them)

Really nice facility! My only complaint is that it sometimes gets too hot in there

Our daughter is more than disappointed. Gras pictures look like funeral shots.Photographer should change jobs. We will not order any of the pictures they took. I rather spend money on a real photographer that knows how and has an eye for pics.
