Landlord is very friendly and accommodating moreover, we find it very easy to communicate. Dare- Resident Manager at 340 Assiniboine in Winnipeg is very quick to respond and communicate, always provide great service, making sure that the building is always clean and professional. When we move out in April 2023 everything went smoothly and quick. Their service is amazing. I hope they have a properties here in B.C as we would love to rent with them again. I have been living at a Thorwin property for a month. I'd like to say, that I was met by a friendly and responsive man Dare. I have never met such a kind person. I'm from Ukraine and I was impressed by his hospitality on the move-in date. He always listens to me carefully and is ready to help. I love my new home which is clean and comfortable!
