They always threaten you...You can never talk with them...They have way to many buildings to take care of for the amount of staff they have...And they have to receive tens of thousands of money every month, and the don't take debit!!!what!!!

Worst ever management. They dont fix their damaged properties or even have it taken care of. The stairs of the townhouse that is managed by CW Stevenson is having its iron rod sticking out. And I have my family and other aged people going up and down the stairs god knows when itll just stick into someones skin and bone. Never picks up call or ever takes things seriously.

The company is the worst, a negative 5 would be far to high. If your looking for a management company don't use Stevenson. Too many problems within the staff, contractors and no real idea of how to deal properly with there clients. I was hoping the pandemic would bankrupt these people. It didn't but I will try my best to have them replaced. Towne Gardens Portage and Cavalier.

Worst management company ever!!....Dont try calling, they won't answer or call back.....They lie and send you forms saying you didn't pay your condo fees when you clearly did and have the proof of payment...The building i live in is managed very badly.A million thumbs down for Stevenson Management.
