Place Promenade Leasing Office

at one time this was actually a really nice place to live but now it is the worst place to live and I wouldn't move back there if it was the only place left to live as I would rather live on the streets and the problem is the owners letting whoever they want live there

I have lived in this building a couple years ago and everything was really good, the management, maintenance, security, etc. After living in a house for a year i decided to come back to this building because of my good past experience. Its been 5 months since I moved in and the day I moved in, I complained about many things that needed repair but no one showed up. A month later while paying rent I complained again and no one showed up. I brought my complaints and concerns to the management 4 times but all they said was they are hiring new maintenance staff and its been crazy 5 months they couldnt hire new staff or just get things repaired by outsourcing. The elevator breaks every other week and the parking garage door has been broken since a couple weeks and no repairs yet??? Really tired of going to them again and again to get the repairs done. Gave up on this building and now living here makes me wanna move out. You guys are making money so use it to improve your building. At least fix the important stuff in the building.

The Indian lady in the building I guess who manages everything is so rude. I guess either teach her how to talk to tenants or replace her with someone nice.
