Applied for a rental and never heard back. At least email me with an APPROVE or a respectful DECLINE so that I'm not sitting here waiting prior to signing something else, prior to the months end. What a selfish company.

They took all my possessions and work equipment medications and my clothes left me homeless andunable to work plus the fact i had lived there for more the half my life and was unable to go back and grab my belongings plys all my deceased family members stuff but ian nurses assured me i can grab it in the garbage thanks for leaving me with nothing waterside during an epidemic

I lived in one of their building for more than a year now and they are by far the best management company out there. The Property Manager is the nicest, most accommodating manager Ive ever had, and trust me Ive had lots. With any problem that came to be she had it taken care of in a timely manner. She is very friendly and approachable. If there is any problems, Bernie is the one to call. The building is always nice and clean and the laundry room is always kept in order. I would recommend them to any friends or family looking for a place to live. Thank you for making apartment living easy!
