    Too bad you can't give zero stars for this company. Nothing but headaches and runarounds. Once you get ahold of someone who says that they will help you, it usually ends up being empty promises or you're given vapid excuses for why they can't help you.

    My experience with Brydges Property Management is as a condo board member and resident owner for many years. Brydges has been an important part of our corporation being able to proactively plan for and implement successful projects, and adapt to and address challenges as they come up. They bring technical expertise and professionalism together with pragmatism and compassion to dealing with many, many different challenges that can arise in a multifamily building. Brydges respects, supports, and implements direction from the board while following all bylaws and requirements under the Condominium Act. At the same time, they are proactive and creative in identifying, developing and proposing options or new ways of doing things to produce better results, often while simultaneously saving the corporation money. This in turn leads to better service for owners and residents. Some examples include design and construction of common area upgrades, communication and document management for owners, exterior capital project completion. Being on the board of a condo corporation, and even being a resident in a condo building, can be challenging in big and small technical, financial, and just dealing with other people, ways. Thankfully Brydges has made all of these areas more manageable with their hard and soft skills, dedication, and reliability.

    UPDATED: Brydges has become worse. I have water damage in my unit, but they refuse to believe its due to the building. It appears to be entering through the furnace room through the balcony and leaking into my unit causing damage. My insurance company has advised me to contact a lawyer and file for negligence of the property. Brydges claimed to have paid 3 different sources in their own words to find the source. They go on to say, the true source was not found, but the source was my furnace room. How confusing. You say the true source wasnt found by 4 sources, but that the source is the furnace room. I wonder if they meant, Brydges hired 3 different companies/maintenance people to come and assess the damage. There was water damage noted in the furnace room and on the owners ceiling. An ongoing investigation will need to continue, as the exact cause of the leak could not be determined. Also, we pay the salary for the maintenance man. You didnt pay to hire him. Your words, not mine. The communication from this company is disgusting and dismissive. They dont pay their maintenance man to say that its condensation and in their words, minor. Since discovering the minor damage, Ive suffered with congestion, sore throat and wheezing daily. However, Brydges dismissed my claims not once, but 4 times. Instead, they plan to paint the damage over with primer. Run from this company if you can. Dismissed Claims from this Management Company: 1) Water Damage to units being dismissed 2) Ice Covered entryways and stairways not being properly maintained 3) Stairs collapsing 4) Parking Lot cleaned a total of 1 time this winter 5) Dismissed harassment from the contracted parking lot pavers and Condo Management who claims I was lying about not having a proper exit from my unit. 6) Broken electrical outlets 7) Pool not opened on time Brydges is the worst condo management company. I once felt pride in ownership, but not anymore. They dont maintain our property. If you email to complain, they either a)ignore your emails until you email 3 times b) make up excuses why things cant happen c) lie about things. Ive had parking spot issues 3 times, plus a broken plug, parking lot isnt plowed in winter, yard looks terrible too. We are now at the end of June, but they havent even swept up the gravel from the winter. Now, foundation is cracking, holes in buildings (which they ignore and cats moved in), stairs caving in, birds and squirrels moving into our eaves or lights. Now, its the pool. We are now a month without, but everyone is given a different lie each time. I know of 4 separate condo owners, each lied to about why the pool isnt open. I agree with the other reviews, we pay their wage, but Brydges treats us like garbage.
