Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. My wife and I unfortunately got swindled out of over $800 because of a "fine print" issue. It was a deposit that was explained as a damage deposit and like any normal people we were looking at more than one property. When we found somewhere else to live we withdrew our application and they would not give our deposit back and now my wife and I are out over $800. Don't let this unprofessional company swindle you, please be more careful in reading and don't be like me.

I want to give them no star if there is an option. I live at Kimberley gardens with my cousin. We wanted to transfer our lease so we gave them $75 which was fully refundable if we dont proceed the application, after some time i told them I dont want to transfer lease, so please give me my money back, even i have receipt of that money.They ignoring my calls from last one month, every time giving one answer working on it. Very poor service, very poor maintenance, very poor management. Think twice before getting apartment with them. Totally wastage of money , whole summer ac did work, even we called them 20-25 times.
