    Apartment was not cleaned before I moved in, (signed the lease and having paying for a year but only took possession this summer). The resident manager had marked everything on walk in as in good condition. I had to force her to reassess after I cleaned the place as she was too busy. Bathroom door and bedroom window remain broken a year in. Tonight the top 2 floors flooded and living on the basement level water is coming up from the floors. The water is inconsistent temperature wise and fluctuates from either freezing to scalding hot when trying to adjust it in the shower. All inclusive rent is nice but not worth the low quality building. Looking to move asap

    We lived at 344 Enfield Crescent. Our floor tiles were lifting out from the floor. Some of it got fixed, but not all of it. Both sinks leaked, both of them were supposed to get fixed, but only one got fixed. Our caretaker was rude and unresponsive. She was too cheap to hire a cleaning company after we moved out. We did all of th cleaning ourselves. She did the expecting, and nothing was good enough for her. She wanted to take a fee out of our damages ll deposit so she would do the cleaning.

    Lived in 348 Assinaboine Refused to properly address bed bug infestation. Initial treatment was conducted within a week of notifying management, however it took 5 weeks to get a second treatment and another 4 for the third (most exterminators recommended 2 weeks between treatments, and 4 is enough time for eggs to hatch, mature and lay new eggs). Both follow-up treatments we scheduled only after a week of asking when they would return and the bites were getting progressively worse. We moved out shortly before the third treatment. Free laundry was nice, but the dryer was so bad that even after two 90-minute cycles, some clothes were a bit damp. Storage lockers were promised in the lease agreement, however, they were "under construction" for the entire 5 months we were living there.

  • Guriqbal Mahal (Guriqbal S. Mahal)

    Bedroom size and apartment itself is good but common areas are a bit smelly. Some suites had bed bug issues but management worked relentlessly to eliminate them. I would recommend the suites if someone is looking for large apartments in terms of sq.ft Walls are little thin so cant enjoy music at night. Not a bad place to be but rent can $50-100 cheaper otherwise it is ok in terms of apartment.
