    There are worse management companies in this city. I've had pretty good communication from Group II so far. It would be nice if they put a ban on smoking close to the main building doors. It was almost more bearable when people were smoking in their suites. Wish they would do some much needed renos to the suites where the older tenants are still living instead of waiting for them to move. Other than that, not a bad management.

    Can tell you why this apartment is empty of tenants. Well I have my heat on 30. Not working. I have gout. I'm in pain. The one thing I need is heat. Did you turn the boiler off? Paying for no heat. This is being going on all winter. It only works when it wants to. My rent goes up next month. Am I going to be uncomfortable again? No wonder you are sending letters to get tenants. This place is not good.

    This company Greedy, unfair and will take everything they could get from you. The 35 Marbury apartment is packed with smokers. But when you sign a new lease, the landlord will tell you that it is a non smoking building until you smell the smoke from your unit. They do not care if it is health hazard as long as your payment is up to date. they will tell you that you can't do anything because the people who smokes have been there before you do. So you will be stuck with your lease agreement at the same time putting your health at risk. Be careful before you deal and rent out this building.

    Building on Marbury is packed with grandfathered smokers at least 2 in each floor. I was one of the lucky ones who suite is next to one of them. I moved into a 2br suite in August so she's mostly smoking at the balcony, but when winter comes of 2019 I was in for a treat! Our neighbor is smoking inside her suite which is next to mine. Cigarette smell woke me up in the middle of the night. I complained and they did all they can do but still the same so I move our bed to the smaller room and made the bigger room a stockroom cause its that bad. Landlord said they will transfer us to a different suite but years pass by, there were U-Haul trucks several times so I know that there were movers in and out but landlords did not transferred me to a different suite, until I finally moved out last april2022. Beware of this company and their rentals. They do not care of their tenants health. But they will charge you with every chance they get.
