Do not hired Derek DANEAULT realtor team .They are unprofessional realtor just want to put sign up and do not care after .they are all liars people just want more inventories to look good and let people suffering.They do not care after the lists .No promise or respect other or responding after sale they just want money in there pocket.People should hire agent willing to work not just seat back collect money .Logan is very poor performance sale even ..They just want businesses only not good marketing .yes they put lots of sale but lots people do not know what they are playing the game ..Not suggestion to hire this Team to list the house .The boss is Derek said he does not know his team performance just he wants to sit collect money .Again very poor performance job .
