In less than a month Rebecca found me the perfect house that was under budget and ready to move-in! She went over and above to respond to all the first time homebuyer questions I had regardless of the time of day it was, provided recommendations for contractors and reached out to get quotes, and inspected every property from top to bottom in extreme detail as if she was buying it for herself. She even helped with initial renos, cleaning the house, and moving everything in on possession day. Extremely professional throughout the process and I always knew she had my best interest at heart. Highly recommend to anyone in the homebuying market!!

Not only did she help us find a home that was under our budget, our offer was accepted below asking price! Throughout the experience, Rebecca communicated effectively and provided helpful advice. There was a minor incident with a tenant at a property we viewed and she handled it very appropriately. Her professional referrals were also extremely helpful.
