Had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Michael Schween when one of my daughters purchased her first home. He is truly a completely worthless agent who offered absolutely no information or intelligence during the entire process. I had 2 daughters both house hunting at the same time, the other daughter chose a different agent who's overall service simply put Schween to shame. This guy couldn't care less about you or anything else except for his next golf game and is a waste of your time and money.

I bought my first rental investment in Winnipeg with the help of a very trustworthy realtor (Gloria Manlapaz). Lots of properties to buy anywhere but sometimes it is about how a realtor treats a client that can make a sale. Very professional, for her it's not about selling a property but finding the best property that suits your needs. Highly recommended.

The worst real estate experience we've had in decades of buying and selling property. Duncan McDougald was extremely unprofessional and apathetic, and downright rude when we asked questions or requested improvements to our listing. After several months of frustration, we switched to a different agency/realtor and sold our property with a true professional. Would not recommend to anyone.
