We are thrilled to have worked with such a great realtor! Michelle is incredibly knowledgeable. I always felt confident I understood the house and the area of each property we saw. She knows so much about houses, and if she's ever unsure she'll ask a friend. She has great connections to electricians, plumbers, you name it! We are forever grateful for the time she spent in homes with us, looking for any concerns. When we bought, we had such peace about it, and that's 100% because of her! And our transaction was so easy - she took the stress out of the whole process. We could not be more grateful for our incredible experience working with Michelle - she's an amazing realtor, who went above and beyond for us! My wife and I had an incredible experience working with Michelle as our agent while buying our first home. A concern many people have when working with an agent is getting the "car salesman" vibe, where you feel pressured or rushed into making a decision or feel as though they are not being honest just to make a sale. From our first conversation with Michelle we could tell she had our best interests at heart. She took the time to understand what we were looking for in a home, and there was always an open and honest line of communication between us. When showing homes, Michelle's level of knowledge not only of the real estate market but of all aspects of home ownership (ex. potential red flags, renovation costs, etc.) was invaluable. We felt she gave us the full picture, both the pros and the cons, so we could make an informed decision. Aside from her skills as an agent, Michelle could not have been a more friendly and enjoyable person to work with. She was incredibly patient and made the process of searching for a home far easier than expected. We ended up in a home we love at a price we were happy with, and even after possession Michelle has continued to follow up with us to make sure everything is going well.
