Andrew helped us sell our house, and we cannot recommend him enough! We were first time sellers, and he put us at ease throughout the entire process. He walked us through every step and went through every document in detail. Andrew never made us feel any pressure, and kept us updated with the current market behaviour in our neighbourhood. He was always open and honest with us, he answered our (many) questions, and his past experience flipping houses is an amazing asset to be able to draw on. Andrew absolutely cares about doing what is best for his clients, and we will be using his services again when we are ready to buy!

Great experience from start to finish. Andrew was very professional, there to answer all questions with quick response anytime of the day. Helped to point me in the right direction for services, lawyers, trades ppl ect.. and never made me feel as if I was bugging him for his time, I could tell he was working for me. Never felt any pressure from Andrew, he gave me his honest advice and opinions along the way which made me feel at ease and made the process very smooth. Andrew's service is accompanied by a high level of professionalism and exceptional knowledge, guidance and support which was greatly appreciated and reassuring for us as first-time home buyers. We spent 9 months (during some of the most wildest periods of the RE market) looking at over 40 homes and undergoing several bidding wars with Andrew at our side. Ultimately and with a lot of patience, we ended up with a home we absolutely adore, at a comfortable price point, which made all the unsuccessful ones a distant memory. The universe could have not let us stumble upon a better agent for our journey. Andrew went out of his way to assist us with everything from finding last minute consultants, looking under crawl spaces and being brutally honest with us about homes that were absolutely not aligned with our needs (which is integral when you get caught up in the emotional aspect of the home buying process). Always prompt on providing analyses and recommendations backed up by data, we always felt assured that we were making informed decisions. Andrew is the walking definition of integrity and professionalism (this is coming from someone who also comes from a profession where ethics are highly regarded). Furthermore, I can attest to the values he has listed under his website (straightforward, responsive, trustworthy, reliable, and genuine).
