Rancho Group's Management Service of BC have a lot of complaints, and there are almost all kinds of evil managers, their Agents are very lawless one by one!
I suffered the bad Rancho Management Service greatly for many years , the gang of criminals led by Strata Agent and Strata Council president CK Mak, Who obtained 10043.69 Canadian dollars of stolen money through insurance fraud, still dissatisfied, further took advantage of Resolution Tribunal(CRT) to seek $5000 in name of Deductible';
in 2019 Forge evidence to extort me in a leak accident, and Data fakes in the budget statements over the years, Strata Fees of the owners has abnormally skyrocketed every year in a large surplus, and so on!
Here is my first revealment for Insurance Fraud
There are 21 pieces of Evidencesee the evidence photos) in 53610-859323 Strata Insurance Claim, which can prove the Claim is an insurance fraud, also can prove the separate fraud as bellow:
1 the damage restoration had not happened, the old spots still leave in original place (Repair project fraud)
2 Strata with BFL broker, in violation of the Claim regulation, set up a Claim privately. Claim Filing fraud
3 Canstar Contractor with Strata & adjuster forged emergency Service fee $3505.08 (Claim amount fraud 1).
4 OnSide Contractor emailed me to expose that the Adjuster pressed them to fabricate the Claim amount $ 6538.61. totaling $10043.69 had been paid for the false claim. Claim amount fraud 2
5 Strata made the covert distribution of illicit proceeds by accounting fraud ( Financial fraud).
