As a first time home buyer I can't say enough great things about Walter. It didn't take long after meeting him to know I made the right choice in a realtor. He willingly went above and beyond on several occasions during my search. His demeanor and expertise truly made the home buying experience comfortable and painless. As first time homebuyers Walter made our experience better than we ever could have expected! His knowledge with real estate and the homes that we had been looking at was exceptional and allowed us to put our complete trust in him. Walter was easy to reach and was always there to answer our questions along the way. When houses came to the market, making arrangements to go to showings were arranged in a timely manner and were always accommodated around our busy schedules. If ever looking to buy or sell a home we would highly recommend going through Walter!
