        I was assessed by Athletic Therapist Nicole and she promptly gave me a great routine which the more I do, the better I feel. She even went a step further to make sure that I understood, tyling it out and sending to me in a more comprehensive manner. What more could you ask for from rehab?

        Did Olympic lifting here, cannot reccomend this style of training enough for anyone looking to get stronger or more explosive. Cristian (who runs the gym) is a truly magnificent human, very down to earth, chill, funny, and also razor sharp when it comes to coaching. The gains are real!
