Jeffrey's Restaurant

I purposely ordered a vegetarian pizza and it was smothered with pepperoni. The establishment tried to turn it around and say it was my fault. I asked for a new pizza and was told they dont deliver, or just give away free pizzas to anyone, as it, the pizza was not opened until it got home. The staff member I spoke with was arrogant and very snooty. She told me she was going to hang up on me if I didnt change my tone, when I asked her her name, she refused to give it because she didnt feel comfortable?!?! After my family members spent $120 ( they brought the pizza home for me) we were treated like dirt. I have absolutely no intention of ever visiting this establishment again! The customer service lacks any kind of customer service. It needs to recognize that the customers are who pays their bills! Their staff is cold, callous and very immature. As for their food? Ill never know, as I gave the pizza to my neighbor because the restaurant refused to replace the pizza they messed up! So done with this dump!

I came here for some drinks and dinner with a classmate, and it was my first time visiting. We chose the dining area because he doesn't like loud and I'm hard of hearing so the louge was a little too busy for us. We had an amazingly friendly waitress from Ukraine, and she did a great job. The food was delicious also. The parking lot was completely full at 8pm when we arrived, and I'm not sure where I would have parked if we didn't happen to get one as someone else was leaving. It's not the restaurants fault, but if you have a disability you may need someone to drop you at the door well they find parking to avoid a distance that might be unmanageable for the disabled person. Other than that I can't wait to be back.
