Today i visited 8th may afternoon Was a horrible experience ! The lady that served me was very rude ignorant, She made me feel very uncomfortable I would not recommend this subway they need to get better workers not very happy with the service I got ,had better service then this, they didn't even have tissue papers in their store with food

Worst customer service worker kept rolling her eyes and giving attitude and refused to let me and my partner dine in.

Walked in at 11 on a Saturday. Door was open but the open sign wasn't on. I figured since it was within open hours, I could go in. Waited for about 15 minutes, maybe more. I have seen other customers enter and leave without being served. No staff even came up to the front to check to see if there were customers...not sure if maybe there was an issue in the back, but if so, they need to notify customers or lock the door. The chairs were also still up on the tables so it looked like they were not ready to start their day? I tried calling to see what was going on but their phone number immediately went to 'the person at this extension is unavailable'. Left and went somewhere else for food.

Worst subway in the city. Youre constantly waiting because theres never anyone up front. Never have soup??? Its lunch time and theres no soup. Just stop advertising it because its literally never available. Customer service is horrible. My experience is always bad when i go to this subway.
