        He repaired handles to my purse which was burgundy. All he had was brown leather ones and it did not match at all. The final product looked terrible. Very disappointed. Asked for cash up front and then I had to request a receipt.

        This owner guy definitely needs to learn some manners on how to behave with customers, i feel he was very grumpy for no reason and a racist. Will never recommend him to anyone. I dont know the quality of his work because I ended up not giving him the work because of the way he treated me.

        I was getting my heel fixed but he broke the heel. It looked horrible and then he said Nothing happened, and if something happened then bring it to me Waste of money
