Store opened at 9am and I was out by 9:05am. It was a small issue with the zipper on a boot and they fixed it immediately. They didn't charge me anything even though I offered a couple of times. They answered all of my questions and were very pleasant to deal with. BIG THUMBS UP and I'll be coming back for all of my footwear repair needs!

Amazing customer service!! The gentalmen fixed the soles in a pair of shoes that I brought in within 5 minutes of me walking through the door. I needed to fix the shoes fast because I "ruined" them when I was cleaning the shoes. The man working at the store got me out of hot water, fixed the problem, and restored them to their original form. Thank you so much!

Took in a backpack that had a seam giving up at the top of one of the straps. Fixed quickly and affordably. It's likely stronger than it was new. I have taken a pair of boots into him before. He was very honest and said they weren't worth fixing the issue. It would simply come back as it was a flaw in the design of the boot itself. I appreciate that he didn't waste my or his time and money on a fix that wouldn't solve the problem. These are the kinds of shops we need to support so they can continue. Valuable community member. Will return next time I need a shoe, boot, or backpack fix.
