Excellent service. The staff were all very welcoming, and did not rush us through finding what we needed despite it being near to closing time. One of the few places to find 4H wide safety boots that actually were in stock and fit very well.

Great place to buy the best shoes/boots/footwear manufactured in North America. Owner is fab and the staff are super knowledgeable. Bought my second pair today and will be back soon for the next pair!

I am looking for a wide boot. Have no sizes. Cant tell you when boots are coming in. Like why be a boot store when you cant have stock. Go to work boot factory they have lots of stock and amazing customer service. Wont go back I was very disappointed in the red wing store. I heard good things about there boots. Customer service was not the best. He tried but his hands are tied when there no stock.
