Not super impressed by my experience here. We ordered some moccasins online for Xmas! After finding the fit tight for our friend, we tried seeing if we could return for a better size! Upon entering the staff seemed to ignore us at the counter for 10 minutes. This included asking us to move aside as they checked out other customers. After we were helped, they wouldnt offer us any option despite a receipt within their return period. No option to try new size, no other model despite not having an issue paying more for a higher model. Just we arent able to help online customers. Just mail it back. Now that i know the customer service is worse than Amazon, I definitely wouldnt be looking at being a repeat customer. Why have a flagship store if its not to serve your customers?
