When discovering a pair of Adidas shoes did not fit adequately, so began my arduous adventure of calling different locations to identify if they had a size 10 men's which in my style and color appear to be in high demand and unavailable. I had contacted another location, which had provided information that three pairs of shoes were available at the location in the outlet connection mall I contacted a representative, she verified the stock was available and I indicated I would be by after picking up my son from daycare and straight there within an hour. I cannot convey how professional and customer oriented this individual was. I wish I had retained her name. I contacted her Thursday May 16th in the late afternoon. She did not capture any of my contact information other than a name to hold the shoes. Upon reviewing her store inventory she realized that the inventory displayed was the order inbound not actual real stock in hand. I was contacted within 5 minutes to inform me that that stock was not available, obviously a disappointment but she took the professional measure to go above and beyond to ensure that I did not cross the city to find out that the shoes that were indicated available to me, were not. The individual that I spoke with is a perfect example of why I will return to the use of shoe company and their storefronts / online shopping. The single act of courtesy has garnered such an immense amount of loyalty to this chain of stores on my behalf that if they carry a product that I'm interested in, I will surely go out of my way to purchase from this company In the end a location closer to my house was able to give me an exchange refund and purchase of the correct size to be shipped directly to my house. Satisfied with that resolution, I could not be more happy with The customer relations care I received.
