Shoe Warehouse

We came in for boots for my daughter and the manager told her the boots are not for this weather, so why sell things you are not able to wear?!? Horrible experience Horrible service NO HELP ONLY THE WORKERS ARE TOO BUSY TALKING TO EACH OTHER THEN SERVING THE CONSUMER! Not worth the trip Better shop elsewhere!

I love the fact you that I can get the size I want delivered to my nearest location for Free if one isn't available to me. I regret mentioning them by name but Sprtchek doesn't have this option even between locations in the city. The new shoe I ordered in from Shoe Warehouse came from 3 provinces away, No charge! So I think, those other stores without this feature are losing out on my business!

I'm an Indigenous lady thinking I'll go get a good pair of saddles, comfortable for work, I walked in, a lady was there, asked if I needed help, I did ask if they carried certain pair, so I continued, but she was following me, every isle..I noticed another customer walked in, white guy, they didn't follow him around, two customers, had a staff and a security guard following me around, I started to get annoyed, I said "can I shop in peace, without you two following me around" I walked out..fuming..
