        Beware, you are on the hook! Purchased a pair of shoes online that were supposed to run true to size. Used their sizing guide to make sure. Got them and they were so small my feet didn't even get into the opening. Now I'm on the hook for shipping in both directions which is over 50% of the shoe price, and I still have to find shoes somewhere else. The policy is not clearly advertised until you get your goods. Steer clear! EDIT1: added some wording about return price and policy obfuscation EDIT2: no one from Quarks has reached out to me about this, despite their reply below
