The owner of this store should be embarrassed. I grabbed a boot to ask an employee if they stocked the other colour that its available In and without looking up from his phone he said no. Never looked at me or the boot. It honestly made my blood boil and I had to walk away. Will never step foot in this store ever again.

Not friendly or welcoming. Despite all the staff and considering its already a small store, we still had to ask for assistance to try on 2 Canada goose jackets. The lady didnt even talk, only when we asked how much the jackets were. Ended up purchasing at Harry Rosen where they had excellent customer service. Sometimes customer service buys happiness!

Unfortunately there is a lady sales manager (st vital location)seems not have been trained good enough to service customers. Rude and not polite when answering my questions about they products. I am wondering how she comes to be the manager of this beautiful shop?
