Knowledgeable staff for the most part. Did a water sample for me when they were closing in less than five minutes was very nice of them when they could of said they were closing. Some chemicals are competitive prices for the quality you get, and others are a bit on the high side. If you want cheaper chemicals go to Wallyworld or Can Tire and use double the chemicals. The dog in the store is super friendly, will definitely continue doing business with them. This year I switched to the synergy system. It's definitely way more expensive than I wanted to spend on chemicals, but after a few weeks I can say with certainty that I have been working less to keep the pool balanced. Update Aug 2022, Synergy system seems to be working well, but I will say this year I have had to add lots of Calcium and Alkalinity up to the pool, could be the amount of rain we have had.

UPDATE: It has been almost two weeks and I have yet to hear from ANYONE at the company about my email to talk to someone about the extra charges that were NOT approved. I can't stress enough how much I don't recommend this company. Terrible service! They rescheduled my deluxe pool opening twice by calling me day-of. Yet when I had to reschedule due to weather, they were so rude to me. Then they charged me for extras without my consent and had the audacity to call their service a deluxe pool opening yet left me with a green pool. I tried to email and call to speak to someone before posting this but have yet to hear back. I will edit and update this if I ever hear from them. As of right now, I wish I could give 0 stars.
