Fantastic company to work with. Had a trickier pool system to open. Pool pros opened the pool and there were minor parts and communication issues. Immediately they scheduled a team to come down and get us up and running. The pool techs who were on site were professional, friendly and hard working. Look forward to using Pool Pros in the years to come.

We have happily been clients of Pool Pros for over ten years. They have taken care of pretty much all of our needs. We just had our original liner replaced and they did a fabulous job. Thanks to Nick for overseeing the project and continually showing up to assess the progress. Brett and his team did a great job installing the beautiful new liner!

Called them last week august 12 said the would come out August 18 friday or saturday I talked to there office 3 times and they assured me they would call and show up. They never called or showed up.I hate it when people waist my time.

NEVER go to pool pros. Had them close the pool this past winter, couple parts went missing (nothing important, but still). Had them try to open the pool recently as well. Part of opening the pool is to check that the pump and heater are working properly, well the pump was kicking the breaker and they instantly assumed it was the electricals (which was NOT the case). So I wasted a couple hundred bucks on getting an electrician to check and say that everything was fine and called to get Pool Pros to send someone else to take a look at the pump. Received no time frame of when they would show up (sometime this week is what I was told on a Monday). Called again a couple days after, no one had shown up yet apparently. Called again on Friday and apparently someone came on Tuesday (never received a phone call that they were showing up and I work from home (never heard a knock or the doorbell)) Which makes me question if they even took a look at the pump (which they said needs to be replaced and tried to get me to buy a $700 pump from them). BUNCH OF CROOKS, NEVER GO TO POOL PROS (ITS A JOKE) I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS, BUT APPARENTLY YOU CANT Services: Swimming pool summerization, Winterization
