I booked zoom call appointment on march 29 for april 14 at 5pm bcoz I am only available for fri/sat. Didn't got any call. I called then they said next appointment will be on Saturday waited still nothing called then they made my app on 21 april still nothing. I called and they booked another appointment on Sunday at 10am no responded I called them and still nothing.

Have had my Taxes done a few times now and find the guy very prompt and fast and reliable to work with. I recommend Fortress Accounting & Tax to all in need of having their taxes done. Very reasonable prices.

My recent experience at Fortess Accounting and Tax Services was very terrible. I have experienced poor customer service in the past in the various sectors, but believe me when I say that my experience at Fortess Accounting far exceeds the others. I am an international student and recently contacted Fortess Accounting & Tax Services to assist me with my tax returns. After sending the payment to the company I receved an email requesting additional payments. I did so and contacted the company to advise them of the transactions. Upon conversing with the telephone receptionist I realised that I had overpaid and advised them of same. I was assured that I will be reimbursed within 24 hours however it has been over a month and to date I have not recieve any reimbursement despite the numerous times I have contacted them. I am appalled at the lack of intergrity of the company and I would not wish this experience even on my worst enemy. Worst experience ever!!!
