Worst place Ive ever done my taxes. Went for the drop off service. Waited forever to hear back to see about my return. Went there to find out they had lost all my tax forms and couldnt locate or find them. They ended up doing my taxes for me there but instead of taking responsibility blamed me and still made me pay for the inconvenience and their mistake. Do no trust this tax place whats so ever they will not give you a proper return and will lose all your tax forms. Very inexcusable for a tax place as people rely on places like these. Wrote this just in time to warn others before tax season is over.

Everything here is super slow, it took over two weeks to do our taxes.(simple tax returns) there was no follow up, our rep never answered any emails. After insisting for 3 days on the phone we received a call back. Definitely not returning here.

I don't usually write negative reviews, but DO NOT use their online service. I sent in my information on the 28th, did not hear back from them by the 30th, so I called the location to check on the return. I was told the person filing was not in, but that it would be done by the deadline. It is now May 3rd, I have called them 4 times (2 times today, since the person who answered my call the first time forgot to check on my account, even after I told her it was extremely time-sensitive), and have not received a single update on my account, message from the person supposed to be doing my taxes, or even been able to get a straight answer on how much it is going to cost me. I'm going somewhere else, but now my taxes are being filed late because I took them at their word.

I have been coming to this location for a few years now, and have always had a great experience. Natalia is very thorough and efficient, and clearly enjoys her work! Extremely accommodating!! Thank you.
