RUN, do not walk, AWAY from this business. I took my information to this business on March 16, 2021 and was told by the owner I should have my simple, straightforward personal income tax return done shortly. THREE MONTHS went by, without a single word from the owner. Phone calls were unanswered, emails were not responded to. This man ghosted a customer and it took me THREE MONTHS just to get my information back and to this day, not a single word of explanation as to why a customer was treated this way. Unreliable, untrustworthy.

Brought my tax over to this company when I became POA and found out my dad had been dealing with them for years. My income tax is not simple nor was the the learning curve I had to endure being a POA but a quick call to A.N.D. made the process easier, leaving me with piece of mind. Now that I am executor of the estate, I feel comfortable knowing that the estate taxation will be looked after without any fears of surprises. It is nice to feel like a person and not just another file waiting to be closed until next year.
