        Reception gets 5 stars. Unfortunately the person we dealt with to actually file was fairly incompetent and couldn't answer our questions. Took over 3 hours with 2 T4s and a single expense deduction. The instant refund was also a joke. We were told we HAD to cash the cheque at RBC next door who didn't have a hot clue how to do it and charged us $5 per cheque as non customers. Never again H&R.
