        Worst experience and very unprofessional! We bought a stroller for my 5yr old son that has a disability and cannot walk. Got a stroller with defective tires, we went back but store said they dont have other stocks so they send us driving all the way to Pembina to get it changed. 2nd stroller had same issues so we went back to st. James to get a refund so we can get a different brand of stroller. The very inconsiderate manager Christine easily said NO. She said we have to deal with it directly to the manufacturer! What a convenient way to solve the situation! She said its on the store policy when I asked her to show it to me so I can read it, she browsed her phone but did not see any. She even told you have to leave this place now! I dont know how this person got her position maybe shes been there for so long but she actually dont have the proper knowledge to deal with customers. I just left the store very upset .
