Transat Travel Winnipeg

I made an appointment by phone and went down to see them about arranging a holiday to Europe . They were all very helpful not just the lady I spoke to , everyone added information . I though it was cool that they have actual airline seats ( standard ) and ( wider ) in their office so you can try them to see how they feel and see what you are paying for . It's a small extra fee of $42 per person more than I would pay by booking online... for their help in booking and arranging all the details. We'll worth it !!

We have been dealing with Maria for our first and now second cruise and she has been a life saver She is so helpful, friendly, kind and treats you like a family member. Terrible. Flights were booked through Transat Agency in Winnipeg, on an airline that declared bankruptcy the next day. The consultant was not aware of it until I spoke to her about it days later. I have not been able to get a refund from this agency. I spoke to my bank and asked what can be done? Unfortunately for me, I paid cash so the transaction could not be reversed. I will never recommend this travel agency to anyone.
