I DO NOT recommend this company. My agent was CG, flighty but I thought competent. Wrong. She left me hanging many times, poor service, didn't follow up nor did she ever get back to me even with 3 or more attempts by me. Even meeting in person she didn't tell me my payment deadline. Another staffer, Jane had to manage my itinerary

This is my 3rd time booking with Cindy at Fareconnect. When my cruise vacation (not booked through Fareconnect) was cancelled, I called Cindy to book a new trip immediately. Cindy returned my call first thing in the morning and spent an hour on the phone with me to book me a new trip. Let me make it know that this was while she was currently on vacation herself!! Talk about customer service Cindy went above and beyond for me and I would recommend Fareconnect to anyone! Thanks for the great service.

Absolutely the worst travel agency Ive ever used. We used Jody and I HIGHLY recommend not using her. She didnt do anything to help us when it came to try booking a trip for our wedding/honeymoon. When asking about insurance because it was cancelled due to Covid, she would read messages and leave on read. I would NEVER use her again nor would I ever recommend her. I went to higher management to get answers about the insurance and information I was looking for and I still got nothing. Absolutely nothing good about this place
