    I did not have a good experience with LA travel at all. I was working with Juphell, who was supposed to be organizing a wedding. We had to try MULTIPLE times just to get a hold of anyone to ask questions. We were not told when payments were due (the bride and groom eventually demanded an email be sent) and told multiple times we would hear back from them within a day or two and would never hear back. It got to the point where we were not even sure seats had been booked at all. When booking group flights we also were initially only booked 3/4 seats we requested. This was corrected after input from the bride. Furthermore, on the last leg of our flight, after two flights of having our toddler sit on her own seat, we were informed as we were to board the flight that Juphell had booked us a car seat seat on the plane and we could not board without one. We were obviously not informed of this and it caused much undue stress to the point where we were the last to board the plane and only did so after a very kind flight attendant pulled some strings to allow me on board with my toddler on my lap. My overall experience was less than desirable and I was very disappointed by their performance. It seemed to me the bride and groom of the wedding did all of the work while this travel agency sent maybe one or two emails reiterating what the bride and groom had already told us and taken care of. In my opinion they did not do their job and even caused additional stress.

    I unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with LA Travel Group, specifically Juphell. It definitely surprises me how well rated the company is, but then there are no recent reviews. I'm not sure what happened over time but the service is pathetic, and that's being nice. My family and I were travelling for a wedding, and the bride and groom used this company to do so. When communicating with LA Travel Group numerous times, my husband and I were completely ignored. The company has a generic email reply indicating they are very busy and will get back within a certain time line but that was a joke. The bride had to call them to return my emails on 2 occasions. They did not know specific details of the hotel and I easily corrected them by googling it online, we were given the run around for the flights and almost missed booking them, and upon booking them my son had an incorrect birthday and my other had his name spelled wrong (I should mention they were corrected prior to the flight). Further to this, it was not that bad compared to other people in the wedding booking - the bride's sister had a child missing from her booking entirely. If there is any constructive criticism I can offer it would be to provide timely updates on the status of flights, hotels, etc. I understand you may be busy, but a blanketed email to the group of travellers for the wedding would ease a lot of anxiety, and would also mean we would not be inundating you email box with questions and concerns that probably relate to the same things. In the course of just under 1 full calendar year I believe 2 informative updates were provided - one in the beginning and another 6-8 weeks prior to departure. Additionally, the bride had to remind the company to send emails out about payment due dates. Unfortunately the bride did a lot more of the leg work than anyone should have to, and she was quite stressed by the experience. I thought the whole point of a travel agency was to ease that pain and do most of the organizing of the trip for you. I sincerely would not mind to hear back from the company if they wish to further discuss this matter.

    Weve had multiple exceptional experiences with LATravel over the years, from our wedding in Mexico to family vacations in various warm destinations. Chris and Juphell are well versed in resort accommodations and finding the absolute best value choices to meet and exceed our needs. Our most recent travel in Feb 2022 was everything we hoped and needed - resort was close to Cancun with great food, rooms, beach - it checked all our boxes including price. We were also provided full insurance at a reasonable cost just in case covid issues occurred, which they did not. I cant say enough great things about the two gents running things, and look forward to planning my 10 year anniversary in 2023 with their services.
