If there was a way for me to give 0 stars, I would. They have no sense of speaking/dealing with customers, it's better to book your ticket online. It's a waste of time. The first thing they told me was that they don't want to waste their time looking for a less expensive ticket for me. Even though this is their job regardless. I kept waiting in the office and they neglected me and started working with clients who came after me. The lady who sits at the desk hasn't even heard of some of the airlines? They need to shut down their office, it's useless.
