        really upset with the service... the sales and the finance doesn't live up to their promises.. they don't care on giving updates and dont call back if they miss your calls.

        I recently had a mechanical problem with my Escalade resulting in my antifreeze leaking and my truck overheating. Made it home and called dealership and they supplied me with Roadside Assistance. Left voice message for my service guy Joey to advise of my issue. Got the truck towed to dealership and Joey returned my call. Got my truck repaired with no cost to me, and they even washed my truck. Joey has always been professional and I can always rely on him to get my truck repaired. Many thanks to Joey and a great dealership that he is employed with.
