Very bad experience, no transparency in a deal for my Honda CR-V. Finalized the deal with safety pending on a listed price and a day after they called me cancelling deal from their side and came up with the story of more expenses for safety hence will not sale at previously listed price. Not a professionalism at all.

I was assisted immediately and very good in responding when you call. They made sure to remind me of my appointment using all means of communication that were convenient. Understanding and flexible to make a solution when there are unforeseeable situation, for me it shows that customers matters to them. Keep up the good work.

Being a newcomer in Winnipeg, one of the main challenges has been to find a reliable vehicle, at a fair price and with the safety of having a large company backing; I found all and more of this in Volkswagen Birchwood; Parvizs kindness and all his great suggestions to find the right car, Dashas support and guidance and her financial advice.
