        I was apprehensive about booking a truck with U-Haul, as I read some of the reviews in other locations. I was so relieved at the fantastic service I got at the Dawson location. I got the truck I booked, except it didnt have the ramp I wanted but it wasnt a deal breaker. I was able to move quickly and return the truck without a hiccup. Lovepreet was super helpful and attentive, thanks so much for your assistance. This was the first time I ever rented a truck. Thanks, again!

        Called for a price inquiry, rudely told to look it up online. The whole reason I called was because my wifi wasnt set up yet and I needed prices. But I wont be dealing with this branch if telling prices to customers is such an inconvenience.
