Surprised at the negative reviews! I've rented nearly a dozen cars from this location and the staff were always great, the cars were clean/in good order and ready for my pick-up time. Mark the manager always went above and beyond to arrange a suitable vehicle for my situation (transporting bicycles long distances) from the fleet if he had availability. I've had nothing but good experiences with the Henderson location and I'll be renting from them again.

I will never give enterprise a good review as someone who is disabled its outrageous they never have a vehicle that can be adapted with hand controls for people who unexpectedly needs a car and cant drive just a regular car. No one should have to give them a weeks notice so they can order in the part to be strapped in. Every rental car company should have those in stalk at all times

Dont go here. I needed a vehicle because my car was getting fixed after being stolen. They made me pay upfront for the first few days. Asked me what I wanted. I told them I have an mpi claim so whatever mpi covers. They misled me and tacked on extra insurance and I didnt know mpi wasnt going to cover it. I kept needed to extend my rental because my car was waiting for parts at Gauthiers and they charged my credit card at the end and I had to get reimbursed by mpi at the end and they barely covered the total at all. So enterprise scammed me big time.
