Don't come at 8 am to get the car. One hour wait! All else was good.

I really had a bad and a very unprofessional experience with U drive. I got a rental car from them but I wouldnt know there is a bump in a tire so I had to pay for it on my own but there was a report from a Canadian tire which says tire needs to be change as it is risky to drive. So I call them but they were not able to arrange a car for me. but somehow I call U drive at Mcphillips so Mr Dee help me out with that he was the only nice guy whom I talk with as there was no one ellse understanding my situation . I try ta call U drive at portage like many times no one picking up the call . So Finally I returned the vehicle last to last week no one attended me properly at that time but I had make sure that the tank is full and everything is fine to go . But after a week no one call me for anything but when I call them to return my security deposit the are letting me know that there is secrach on the vehicle which I had to pay . Seriously, where that secrach was when I returned the vehicle after returning the vehicle thats not my responsibility to take care of it. So I am still confused what is happening. Again worst experience I am going through with U Drive.

I strongly recommend U-Drive Car Rental. It is easy to use, reliable, honest and the attendant Nicole is really friendly!
