Avis Car Rental

Counter staff completely inflexible in making any adjustments to our reservation. Zero willingness (or ability) to address a specific situation and find a solution.

As a preferred customer we had to wait in line for 30 minutes, 1 person at the counter for both Avis / Budget and then waiting again for a car because there is nothing at the airport. I won't be renting with Avis again if this is the experience. National might be a better bet. Looking to book with them.

Avis service was excellent. For me, excellence is the way that people communicates and exceeds in what they offer to their customers. I am satisfy with Avis as i received what i requested on the time i requested it. Keep it up Avis!

Avis customer service rep at the Winnipeg Airport was very courteous and accommodating when I arrived at 1am and was able to not only match the corporate rate we had booked with Hertz but put me in a car that I ended up keeping for my whole stay.
