Worst experience, prices were outrageous never recommend anyone to take their pets there, its highway robbery in my opinion. I took my 3 month old Chihuahua who got test positive for parvo and they wanted me to pay over $3000 dollars to treat her for 2 days if it took longer it would cost even more 6 time difference to where I ended up taking her which cost $550 for a 4 day stay and treatment which was ashern veterinary clinic awesome place they treat our last 2 puppies a few months back highly recommend them . My pets were treated very well.

I brought my puppy in with a full record of all the vaccines that the dog had received, and Dr Dhaliwal ignored both the booklet containing all the vaccine records AND despite me even asking why the dog would need a second Kennel Cough shot, she still insisted it was needed and administered it. Had she done her research she would have noticed that this was a redundant and unnecessary vaccine, and that my puppy had already had this in his record. She shrugged it off and played it off like he MUST have the redundant injection. From what I am to understand, she is a junior vet (isnt, at present, listed on their website) and does not have the experience or knowledge that their other vets have, and I was NOT impressed. Furthermore, she performed a checkup on the dog at her clinic a month prior, and yet when entering the room acted as if I & the puppy had never been at the clinic and this was the first time meeting either of us. Why would she not be reviewing the animal's file prior to walking in the room, and how am I to believe she understood what was needed and appropriate to administer if she was under the impression that we had never been to the clinic before. I have lost a LOT of trust and faith in this clinic as a result, and will *NOT* see Dr Dhaliwal on any future visits.

Prescription pet food is much more pricey than my regular vet - don't know why? I had to pick the food up after 'regular hours', if that's the reason, it seems like a money grab to me considering my pet was not there or seen by anyone, etc. My cat just needed her food and I hadn't realized that I forgot to order it with her regular vet ...which costs me $10 less a bag of the exact same brand and size, with her regular vet. That's a significant price difference.

My cat was not eating, they diagnosed the issue as a digestive track blockage. Provided surgery and removed the blockage. They provided great informative care and accurate estimates regarding cost. The staff was great as well
