I needed to get my cat seen last month. I called them three times and no one would ever answer the phone. I left a message the third time, but no one called me back. Why would I give my money to a place that doesn't care about my cat? There are alot of other vets who want to see you, don't go to ones who don't

The doctors and techs here are so wonderful. They are always helpful to accommodate an urgent need.

Very disappointed with the service I received today. I've been bringing my cats here for years and Dr. Broughton has always been a gem of a vet. His receptionists were always very kind too. Well, the girl I spoke to today must have been new. First of all the phone was not answered until 8:18am, when the clinic is supposed to be open at 8am. Not great for urgent matters. Next, she wouldn't stop interrupting me and I could hardly get a word in without her talking over me. At some point I said hey can you please let me finish what I'm saying? And she had the audacity to call ME rude and tell me I'm no longer welcome at the clinic. Great. If that's the kind of service I can expect, then I will happily take my cats elsewhere. I used to recommend this clinic to every single cat owner I know, and will no longer be doing so. Extremely, extremely poor service. The receptionist has no empathy for people who are upset that their cat is in pain and they just want to find a solution.
