Gateway Primacy Medical Clinic

CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN. Is embarrassing to call this place a clinic. Ive been there many times and doctors are in and out however and whenever they choose. One day its closed the next its open. You cant keep up. And the staff?! Its atrocious. They have no manners, purposely do not answer the phone, zero concern for their patients at the clinic. Im sorry but what is it that you do exactly if its not patient centred? Its despicable. My last straw was when I waited 2 hours in pain to see a doctor and of course they let in people that came after me. But when it was my turn the female doctor flat out refused treatment for me and gaslit me into thinking its in my head. I was about to burst into tears as I had been waiting in pain thinking this doctor would help.. But she didnt even ask any questions or look further into the situation. Utter disrespect. This place should be closed down. I would avoid this place like the plague if I were you. Unless you wanted to be disrespected, gaslit, and mistreated.

Went half an hour early and was seen first. Doctor was very kind and thorough, found him very personable. By the time I went in for my appt which was the first of the day, others that came in were told 1 hour wait and waiting room was already packed. Definitely a busy place!
